SITHECH CUSTOMS SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States by United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or United States Post Service; please call to arrange for other carriers.
If you live in an apartment, you MUST give us your apartment number in your mailing address.
Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the most current shipping rates. Sales tax is automatically added for shipments to addresses in Maryland
Expedited shipping (2nd Day, Next Day, etc.) is only available upon request due to time constraints with military obligations, please all first.
RETURNS ON CUSTOM PARTS OR SERVICES.
Due to the nature of custom made products and services, returns or exchanges are not allowed. Every situation will be evaluated to try to resolve the situation.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY FOR E-STORE PRODUCTS ONLY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item for a refund or credit towards your next purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase, they must be unused, and they must be returned in their original packaging materials.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items shipped for free will incur a $8.95 handling fee.
Items that have been installed, used, or are returned more than 30 days after they were purchased are eligible for a credit towards another purchase less a 25% restocking and handling fee.
All return shipping and handling charges are paid for by the customer and they are non refundable.
